Trainer Alex Demetriou is a Limassol based personal trainer whose clients include celebrities, professional athletes, and everyday people. He is all about celebrating a healthy life, and he believes it should be something everyone can enjoy by making it fun, diverse and sustainable.

With his down to earth, back to basics approach, his background in health and fitness combined with his successful career as an athlete, he has managed to perfectly become a strong health and wellness trainer that will deliver results to anyone wanting a healthier life.

Alex works with each client on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts.

Alex holds a Master of Science in Sports Facilities Management and an Honors Degree in Sports & Leisure Management from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. He is an EQF Level 4 Elite Personal Trainer certified by both the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS) as well as the International Federation of Bodybuilding (I.F.B.B.) and the Greek Athletic & Fitness Training School (GR.A.F.T.S), and is a certified Sport Massage Therapist.

Alex is a Greek-Cypriot native, speaks Greek, Romanian, English and Spanish,

Trainings take place at a gym (Crossfit box).
Away from the typical gym equipment, you will weightlift, row, run, powerbike, build muscle & lose fat at the same time.

Outdoor Training

The trainings take place at a park near you (e.g. Molos Park) by the sea, on the grass under the trees. We will do squats, running, TRX, bodyweight exercices etc. What a better way to exercise in nature!

Mobile Fitness

Time or transport can be an issue for you when you want to exercise. If you prefer to exercise at the convenience of your own house i come to YOU with my own fitness equipment.

SUP/Kayak

Summer months only

Let me guide you to a 2 hour SUP/Kayak tour and see Limassol from the sea. Perfect for upper body workout, balance and a tan. Just bring your swimwear.

We all need recovery. Overtraining can lead to boredom, weakness and injuries. We will recover with a game of basketball, tennis and more.

Hiking

Hiking

Once a month we will go for an adventure walk in the mountains. We walk through rivers, forests, see waterfalls, smell the nature. A perfect reconnection with mother Earth.

Road Cycling

Road Cycling

I will lead you to wonderful sceneries across Limassol. We will do hills, sprints or plain flat rides. Bring your own road bike or a rental one can be arranged at an extra cost.
